Earlier this month, the team released details pertaining to more specific features of this colony sale. These details include the benefits of being a land owner in the tinyverse, such as governance capabilities and tax or rent revenue. The team also described in detail the seven colonies players have a chance on purchasing during the sale.

A Three Stage Sale

Topher Bradshaw, the Chief Marketing Officer of Tiny Colony, gave more details about the sale on the Tiny Colony Discord server.

“Tiny Fam, We are thrilled to announce that our Virtual Land (Colony) Sale will be taking place on Feb 10th! We can’t wait for members to become landowners in the Tinyverse! We know you have all been dying to know when we will be having our Virtual Land (Colony) Sale. We are here to tell you that Feb 10th will be the Official day our Colony Sale will take place! The Colony Sale will occur in 3 stages; The Presale, the Whitelist, and the First Come First Serve (FCFS).

A presale will happen on February 9, a day before the scheduled whitelist sale on February 10. Those able to access the presale round will have early access to the colonies up for grabs and can purchase up to five colonies if they choose to do so.

Those with whitelist spots can purchase a colony once the presale ends. These whitelist holders can also purchase up to five colonies if they have the budget for it. Whatever is not bought during the whitelist sale will be sold on the FCFS sale or the First Come First Serve sale happening afterwards on the same day. The FCFS sale is non guaranteed and will depend what is left after the whitelist sale ends.

Whitelist spots are still up for grabs on their gleam page. The sale will take place on the Land Sale page coming very soon on their website.
