Morty: Yes we are.
Q1: Now to start the AMA, team Soldiers of Solana please have a quick introduction to the community.

So Soldiers of Solana is an NFT project that we have spent months working on! Our NFTs are pixelated characters based on soldiers and famous icons that will also be able to be used in our upcoming Battle Royale P2E game. We are currently building up the community and are in talks with different marketplaces to establish the secondary market.
Q2: Please share with us the background of the team behind this project. What are your past experiences?
Morty: There are 10 core team members on the team. We won’t go into detail about each member, but on our incredible team we have a few developers with more than a decade of combined experience in software and blockchain development. One of them is well known for helping others fix their contracts as well as launching his own small projects. We have a person with a business background, and we will strive to become a legitimate business one day. There is a marketing specialist, who has successfully marketed other projects in the past and has social media connections. We also have a creative writer on the team and much much more. But long story short: we are ten friends who each have complementary skills highly suited to promote and run this NFT project!
Q3: As we all know, every project has a few stories behind the scenes; so what made you decide to build Soldiers of Solana?
Toy Soldier: Good question! So we had been planning an NFT/Game project for a while, however, we weren’t sure which network to pick. Eventually, we settled on Sol and decided that Sol should be in the name to avoid people being confused about which network we were on. One of us had a genius idea that it should be SOLdiers as they could be easily customized as well as being obviously suited to a Battle Royal game.
Q4: What makes Soldiers of Solana different from other competitors? Kindly list down some key features.
Morty: First of all, what sets us apart from most NFT projects is our art, which we owe to our incredibly talented pixel artist. We spent a lot of time talking to many different artists who wanted to be part of our project before eventually choosing the best of the best. Second, we will have our NFTs have meaningful utility by making them part of our Battle Royale experience.
We also want to release a governance token in the near future, but let’s not get too excited just yet!
Additionally, I would like to share some information about the tokenomics. Our readers will be very happy with what we’ve cooked up for them.
5% of every SOLdier sale will be split among the holders, which means everyone benefits from the top-tier NFTs selling for a lot! An additional 5% will go to a community wallet: this will be to buy back NFTs from holders to use in giveaways and other events.
Q5: How & when can we mint NFT?
Morty: Currently the minting date will be on the 21st of October and will be done via our website. However, we are currently in talks with a group that might change our plans slightly, but that isn’t something we can discuss publicly just yet! All we can say that if the deal comes through, everyone will be very happy.
Q6: Let’s talk about partnerships & influencers that you are collaborating with.
Morty: We are in talks with a number of Twitter influencers and have some lined up to tweet! There are others who have said they are watching us and like what they see, because we see our following on Twitter grows by day. Our marketer has some connections to prominent Telegram channels as well, and we are trying to do as many giveaways as possible to engage people and to reward the most loyal ones.
To add to that, we have a huge amount of Twitch and Youtube gaming and tech personalities who want to work with us! They are in love with SOLdiers and actively working with us on devising unique social media campaigns to promote the project.
We’re in the process of building strong connections and relationships on social media, picking only the people best suited for SOLdiers.
As far as partnerships go, all the information about us and other projects or marketplaces are confidential as of right now, so we can’t really give out a lot of information unfortunately, but stay tuned to our discord and Twitter so you won’t miss any announcement regarding our partnerships!
Q7: Can you share your Roadmap in the next 6 months?
Morty: After our mint is complete, we will be listed on a secondary marketplace and continue promoting our NFTs. We will host lots of contests and giveaways to keep community entertained until we can release the Battle Royale game, which, as mentioned earlier, is going to be Play-to-Earn. After that, we want to release a governance token and become a real business. We have big plans for the future, that we don’t want to reveal yet, you will have to wait and see!
